We are pleased to provide you with the progress achieved on site.
Progress has been considerable as we approach the finishing stages of the build process. The building excluding the ground floor has now reached the enclosed stage, with services completing their roughing in and walls and ceilings being closed up, ready for decorating.
The next two to three months, we will be focusing on the decoration, finishes, joinery and 2nd fix services, ready for the defects inspections to commence in January next year.
