Dear Purchaser / Investors,
We are pleased to provide the final construction update for 2018. Altus construction is truly underway. The basement slab is now completed and builders are preparing formwork in preparation for placement of reinforcement steel and pouring of the ground floor slab in the new year.
As we all know, we have experienced several inclement weather days (extreme heat and heavy rainfall), however, we have full confidence that our builder will be able to make up for lost time in the new years. Construction will resume in the first week of January 2019.
