We are pleased to provide you with the progress achieved on site so far for Alfreda in Glen Iris.
The builder has completed the structural and block walls in the basement. Preparation for the basement floor slab is underway and will be poured soon. In the next couple of weeks, formwork for the ground floor suspended slab will take place next and poured to close off the basement.
Construction completion is now anticipated to be by end of March 2018 with settlement to take place approximately 2 months after that. We will push to close the gap between the construction completion and settlement but this will rely on the response from related authorities.
