We are pleased to provide you with the progress achieved on site so far for Alfreda in Glen Iris.
The ground floor slab is in and the framing to the ground floor wall is underway. By end of
this month, all the steel and framing works up to the roof trusses should be completed.
Windows and walls would be in by early April. The site should be in locked up stage by mid
April.
Construction completion is now anticipated to be by early June 2018 with settlement to
take place approximately in early July.
